Who we are
Quotaurus operates Muckr for iOS. You can contact Quotaurus about Muckr privacy questions at privacy@quotaurus.com.
Information Muckr may process
When Muckr is installed or used, the app may process information needed to provide household task sharing, rewards, and Pay Day workflows, including:
- Supabase authentication identifiers, email addresses, and Sign in with Apple identifiers where Apple sign-in is used.
- Household names, invite codes, household settings, pay day settings, reward modes, currencies, rates, custom reward units, plan status, and household membership limits.
- Member display names, roles, status, avatar URLs, optional payment links, and household membership records.
- Task titles, descriptions, checklists, estimated minutes, due dates, recurrence settings, assignees, statuses, created-by records, and Stored Task templates.
- Task ratings, stars, reward multipliers, settled task status, household stats, and Pay Day ledger information.
- Photos or videos users choose to upload as task guides, plus profile photos users choose to upload as avatars.
- Expo push tokens and notification metadata used to send task notifications, where notification permission is granted.
- App Store subscription entitlement status for Muckr Premium. Payment card details are handled by Apple, not by Quotaurus.
- Support messages, diagnostic details, and screenshots you send to Quotaurus.
Muckr asks for photo library access only when a user chooses to add a task guide or profile photo. Muckr asks for notification permission before registering a device for push notifications. Auth sessions are stored on the device using secure device storage.
Muckr media files are stored in Supabase Storage. Muckr currently uses public media URLs for uploaded task media and avatars, so users should avoid uploading sensitive images or videos that are not needed for household task coordination.
How information is used
- To provide, maintain, and improve Muckr.
- To create households, manage members, plan tasks, attach guides, calculate rewards, send notifications, and support Pay Day workflows.
- To manage Muckr Premium entitlement status and restore purchases through the App Store.
- To respond to support, security, and privacy requests.
- To troubleshoot bugs and investigate reliability issues.
- To meet legal, security, and abuse-prevention obligations.
Sharing information
Quotaurus does not sell personal information. Muckr uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage, and backend functions. Muckr may use Expo's push notification service to send task notifications to registered devices. Apple processes Sign in with Apple and App Store subscription purchases according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
Information may also be shared with service providers that help operate hosting, email, support, or app infrastructure, when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your permission.
Retention
Muckr household data remains in Supabase until it is deleted in the app, an account is deleted, or a deletion request is completed. Muckr includes an account deletion action in settings. If a user is the only active Task Master for a household with other active members, Muckr may require the user to hand over or resolve that household first so other members' data is not deleted unexpectedly.
Quotaurus keeps support information only for as long as needed to provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information. To make a request, email privacy@quotaurus.com.
Security
Quotaurus uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. Muckr uses Supabase access rules, household-scoped database policies, HTTPS, and secure device storage for auth sessions. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.
Children and families
Muckr is a household app and may be used by families. Household organisers are responsible for deciding who to invite, supervising younger users where appropriate, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in task names, notes, photos, or videos.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Muckr, the website, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the policy shows when it was last updated.
