Who we are
Quotaurus operates RevFlow for Jira Cloud and the public website at
quotaurus.com. You can contact Quotaurus about privacy
questions at privacy@quotaurus.com.
Information the website collects
The public website is designed to be simple. It does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, account registration, or a contact form. If you email Quotaurus, we will receive the information you choose to include in that email, such as your name, email address, organisation, and message.
Standard hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamps, and basic security logs. This is used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
Information RevFlow may process
When RevFlow is installed or used inside Jira, the app may process information needed to provide quote-to-delivery revenue control, including:
- Atlassian site, installation, and account identifiers.
- Jira project and issue keys, summaries, issue types, statuses, sprint metadata, parent or epic relationships, estimates, logged time, and field metadata needed by the app.
- Jira user display names and account IDs for prepared-by, sender, subscriber, and permission workflows.
- Quote records, versions, history, statuses, linked issue keys, clients, recipients, line items, values, notes, PO numbers, revenue streams, products, rates, quantities, tax settings, currencies, and forecasted completion dates entered by users.
- Generated PDF quote content and sent-quote metadata, such as recipient email address and sent date.
- Recurring quote templates, client/product/revenue-stream settings, exchange rates, report email settings, billing export profiles, and RevFlow project configuration.
- Setup import/export data selected by administrators.
- Support messages, diagnostic details, and screenshots you send to Quotaurus.
RevFlow does not intentionally store Jira issue descriptions except where a user creates a quote from Jira work and chooses to include issue-derived notes in quote content.
How information is used
Quotaurus uses information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve RevFlow.
- Create, link, report on, export, and manage quote records inside Jira.
- Generate quote PDFs and, when configured, send quote emails through Mailgun or SendGrid.
- Respond to support, security, and privacy requests.
- Troubleshoot bugs and investigate reliability issues.
- Meet legal, security, and abuse-prevention obligations.
Sharing information
Quotaurus does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, email, hosting, support, or app infrastructure. Information may also be shared when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your permission.
RevFlow runs in the Atlassian ecosystem. Atlassian may process information according to Atlassian's own terms and privacy policies when you use Jira or install apps from the Atlassian Marketplace.
When optional quote email sending is configured and used, recipient details, email content, and quote PDF attachments are sent to the configured Mailgun or SendGrid service for delivery.
Retention
RevFlow data remains in Forge app storage until users delete it, the app is uninstalled, or a retention or deletion process is requested and completed. Quotaurus keeps support information only for as long as needed to provide support, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information. To make a request, email privacy@quotaurus.com.
Security
Quotaurus uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.
Children
RevFlow and Quotaurus products are intended for business and professional use and are not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the app, website, or legal requirements change. The date at the top of the policy shows when it was last updated.
