RevFlow is the Jira Cloud app from Quotaurus. Pricing, trials, billing, and user-tier details should be reviewed on the Atlassian Marketplace listing when public.
What to expect
- Installation requires Jira Cloud admin permission.
- Billing is expected to run through Atlassian Marketplace.
- Any free trial, user tier, or paid plan should be confirmed on the listing.
Before installing
- Review the app permissions on the Atlassian install screen.
- Check the Security & Trust page for current data-flow notes.
- Decide who should complete setup and who should be allowed to create, edit, send, delete, and view reports.
- Confirm whether your team wants optional Mailgun or SendGrid quote email sending configured.

RevFlow includes the setup wizard, quote creation from Jira, issue linking, structured line items, PDFs, optional quote email sending, quote status tracking, configurable reporting buckets, missing quote coverage, billing exports, recurring monthly drafts, and Jira dark mode compatibility.
